Mantra to Increase Knowledge on Lunar Eclipse
This is a Mantra, which is said to enhance the brain function of the practitioner and increase his capacity to absorb and gather knowledge and improve his overall intellect, sharpness and acumen, if it is specifically chanted during the period of a Chandra Grahan or Lunar Eclipse.
Hindu research scholars have time and again stressed that the movements of invisible energies are intensified during the period of an Eclipse. This affects the minds of every individual in some way or the other, depending upon the mental framework of that individual.

You can chant it only during the period of the eclipse, it does not matter if the chanting exceeds the period of the eclipse.
