Vashikaran Yantra for Sari of Woman
The Vashikaran Yantra, which, I have described in this post is said to be a special kind of Yantra used to cast a Voodoo Spell on a desired woman, by tying the Yantra on her Sari or Dupatta. This spell is said make the woman fascinated by the practitioner and come under his influence for the purpose of love or marriage.
The Yantra making procedure should be completed during the period of the Puahya Nakshatra[the period of the constellation of Delta Cancri].
The Vashikaran Yantra, shown in the image included in this post should be made on a Bhojpatra, using the Blood of the Little Finger[Kanishta Ungli in Hindi] and drawn with a small pointed wooded stick.
Then, the Vashikaran Yantra should be secretly tied or affixed on the Anchal of the Saree[the decorative end part of the Saree] or the end of the Dupatta. I do not know how this can be acheved secretly, but that is how it is described in the Vashikaran Tantra.
The Tantra also mentions that until the women is enticed and comes under the attraction spell of the practitioner, the practitioner should keep his cool and not get angry or criticize any person.
Note- there is no form of Puja-Mantra Chanting involved for this Vashikaran Yantra Experiment.

If I have a hanki or rumal of that person so how can I do this method? One thing is that I can't return to that person
