A very effective Mahalakshmi Mantra Upay from the Lal Kitab using a Shri Phal or Coconut or Bael Fruit, wrapped in a red colored cloth for getting the blessings of Mahalakshmi Mata and attracting wealth, abundance and prosperity has been described in this post.
Keeping a Shri Phal or Bael Fruit wrapped in a red colored piece of cloth is one of the most popular paranormal remedy or Totka that is practiced in most parts of India for the attraction of Lakshmi or wealth.
There are many different methods used to practice this Lakshmi Akarshan Totka, a couple of years back, I had written about one of these methods, which can be seen here – Totka using Coconut for Attracting Wealth and Prosperity
The method give in this post is slightly different, but simpler than the earlier one and has been described below.
1] This Totka should only be practiced on a Friday during the Shukla Paksha of any month.
2] The practitioner should have a bath and wear clean clothes and then, wrap either a Coconut or Bael Fruit in a red colored cloth and tie a knot at the edges of the cloth to prepare a Potli or bundle.
3] Then, the practitioner should offer Kapur, Cloves, Sindoor, and a few coins to the bundle and then light Dhoop and Diya before it and worship it and then chant the Mahalakshmi Mantra given below for Seven Mala or 756 Mantra Chants. This infuses the bundle with the power of this most powerful Mantra of Mahalakshmi Mata.
4] Then, this bundle should be placed in the safe, cupboard where money is kept, or in the cash counter in the house, shop or office, this will bring an increase in the money or valuables in the house and business.
It can also be kept in the place where food grains are stored for ensuring that there is never a shortage of food and food grains in the house.
The practitioner can prepare separate bundles for the house, shop or office, but all the bundles have to be prepared using the same method described in this post on separate Fridays of the Shula Paksha

Notes- The offerings made to the bundle can be kept in any clean place in the house. The bundle and the surrounding areas should always be kept clean because cleanliness in one of those qualities that are most dear to Lakshmi Mata.
In case, the bundle gets damaged, then it should be immersed in flowing water and replaced by another bundle by following the same procedure described in this post.
