Vishnu Mantras for Beautiful Mind and Body
The Mantras given in this post are some of the names of Lord Vishnu that are contained in the Vishnu Sahasranamam. These Hindu Mantra Chants are considered to be beneficial for those people who are wishing to become physically and mentally beautiful and attractive.
These are independent Mantra Chants that can be chanted individually or collectively, depending upon the desires of the practitioner.
However, a minimum of 108 Mantra Chants daily is essential, if you wish to see noticeable results in a short period of time. However, in my opinion, the Mantras can also be chanted like long term Meditation Mantras.
