Origin of the Wife of Kalki Avatar

Hinduism attaches great importance to the wife of most deities; Shaktis as they are known in Hindu Religious Scriptures.  Thus, the Puranas have attributed certain qualities to watch out for in the wife of the 10th Avatar of Bhagwan Vishnu, The Kalki Avatar. Just as the Goddess of Wealth and Abundance Laxmi is the consort of Vishnu, the Kalki Purana states that the wife of his Kalki Manifestation will be a Manifestation of Laxmi.

However, I am inclined to believe that some inferences in the Puranas are likely to have added by vested interest at some later date in the Middle Ages. Nevertheless, the assumption about Laxmi’s Manifestation is self-explanatory and beyond doubt. The qualities of Laxmi are well known and so are her physical attributes, so I need not go into that again.

The verse pertaining to origin of the wife of Kalki Avatar contains a very interesting phrase “Sinhalese Beloved”. The verse also indicates a beautiful, wealthy, abundant and prosperous Island Nation having a Lion as its protector.

If the Kalki Avatar is an Hindu and as many reliable sources indicate, born in India and of Indian origin, then the obvious conclusion could be that Laxmi is going to be of Sri Lankan origin.

However, like Sri Lanka, which is an Island and has a Golden Lion in its flag, there are other strong contenders. Singapore, also an island, which is prosperous and wealthy and has the Head of a Lion as its National Emblem and England, which has Lions in its Coat of Arms and meets all the qualities of the Island Nation mentioned in the Kalki Purana.

    1. Lakshmi is Vishnu and vice versa.

So it is Krishna's Radha, Rama's Sita and Vishnu's Lakshmi.... all one and the same.
In fact, all the Goddesses put together is Shakti, same as Maa Durga with all the Divine weapons.
In fact, she will manifest as all Shaktis into One....Time (Kaal), Wisdom and Shakti (as Kali) for utter destruction.

The ones that has gone thru the Evolutionary Changes (Self-Realization), under her fold (Command) will only survive.
