Home Remedy for Nose Bleeding
The Adusa Plant [Malbar Nut] has widespread use in traditional Indian medicine such as Ayurveda and Unani. This plant is said to work wonders in controlling and curing numerous ailments. Today I will explain how the various parts of the Adusa can be used in controlling and curing the common Nakshir Rog where there is nose bleeding.
Nose bleeding is common during summertime in regions having hot climate with ordinary reasons like scratching inside the nose for its occurrence. However, in some cases it could also be an outward symptom for some serious disease. The recipe given below is a traditional Indian remedy which can be safely practiced as a home remedy for Nose Bleeding.
Remedy
About 30 grams Juice of the leaves, flowers and stamen of the Adusa all three taken in equal quantities.
About 10 grams Honey.
Both of the above ingredients have to be mixed together.
This mixture has to be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach.
Repeat the remedy until relief is experienced. Oily and Spicy food items are to be strictly avoided during the course of this treatment.
