In this post, I have written about the most auspicious, effective and fruitful Astrological Tithi, Days of the Week and Nakshatra for starting a New Shop, Office or Business, for the start of a Large Scale Business, Trade or Industry and the filing of a Court Cases and Litigation.

Hence, any new shop, office, large or small business started on any of these Shubh Muhurat will have a better chance of being successful and the verdict in a court case or dispute filed on the given Shubh Muhurat, will most likely, go in your favor.

Best Tithi:  2. 3. 5. 7. 10, 11. 12 and 13
Most Auspicious Days of the Week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Most Auspicious Nakshatra: Rohini, All three Uttara- Uttara Bhadrapada, Uttara Ashadha, Uttara Phalguni, Hasta, Pushya, Chitra, Revati, Anuradha, Mrigashirsha and Ashwani

For Starting a Large Business:
Best Tithi: 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 and 13
Most Auspicious Days of the Week: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Most Auspicious Nakshatra:  All three Uttara- Uttara Bhadrapada, Uttara Ashadha, Uttara Phalgun, Hasta, Pushya and Chitra

For the Filing of a Court Case or Entering into a Litigation:
Best Tithi:  3, 5, 8, 10, 13 and 15
Most Effective Days of the Week: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Most Effective Nakshatra: Jyeshta, Ardra, Bharani and all three Purva- Purva Bhadrapada, Purva Ashada and Purva Phalguni, Mool, Ashlesha and Magha.

These are General Purpose Shubh Tithi, Shubh Nakshatra and Shubh Vaar as per traditional Indian Astrology, which are not dependent upon the Annual Panchang.

The Shubh Muhurat for starting a shop and busuness are also considered to be auspicious as per Vastu Shastra.

However, it is also advisable to consult the Local Panchang for a more detailed study of the given Shubh Muhurat.
