Ganesh Bhakti or the worship of Shri Ganesha is said to be one of the most powerful kinds of Hindu Satvik worship. The worship of Shri Ganesh before the commencement of any important or new venture or task, including the start of a new job, business, project, studies, examinations, the construction of a new house or shifting into a new house, going on an important journey or engagement or marriage is said to give an bright, positive and auspicious start to that venture. It is the common practice amongst most Hindus to invoke the name of Shri Ganesha before embarking upon any new endeavor.
Coming back to the simple Shri Ganesha remedy for getting a positive and successful outcome of any meeting or appointment, the simple procedure given below should be followed by the practitioner before leaving the home, shop or office before any appointment or meeting.
The practitioner should pick up a flower, which has been offered to a Photograph, Image or Ganesh Murti in the home or office. He should then fold his hands and pray to Ganesha to give him success in the meeting or appointment.
Then he should lightly touch his forehead with the flower and keep it in his pocket. If a woman is performing this Shri Ganesh Totka, she can keep it in her purse. However, a woman should strictly refrain from performing this paranormal remedy during the continuance of her Monthly Cycle. The flower can later on be immersed in flowing water.
