There is no need to perform any special Puja-Vidhi or ritual, which practicing this Mantra Sadhana. However, hygene and cleanliness is most essential as it is a Satvik Mantra Chant. If a woman is practicing this Mantra Sadhana, she should discontinue it during her monthly periods.
