In this post, I have described a very strong and effective Shabar Vashikaran Mantra to cast a most powerful fascination spell on anyone and be able to completely control and manage that person.
This Shabar Vashikaran Mantra as per the rare and authentic Tantric Text is a tried and tested love spell that makes the targeted man or woman fall head and heels in love with the spell-caster and do anything to please him.
As per the Tantric Text, the Vashikaran Spell gives instant results and the targeted person is fully subjugated by the practitioner.
However, I have to add that this Vashikaran Mantra Experiment is Aghori or fearsome because it involves the use of the “Kaleja” or liver of an owl. Hence, such Tantriki Experiments should be practiced with extreme caution and not for fun or just to see what happens.

Rahi Ol Mem Basi Kul Mem Kul Ka Baas Laa Mere Paas Saat Varan Ka Phool Laa Mere Paas Saat Sakhi Ko Moha Ke Laa Aur Ki Mohani Choot Jaay Meri Mohani Na Choote Ho Jaa Patthar Ki Rekh Meri Aan Ishwar Gaura Parvati Mahadev Ki Duhaee ||
3] Then, this Vashikaran Mantra Abhimantrit Kaleja has to be given to eat to the targeted person to cast the Atoot or unbreakable love spell on that person.
Notes: Even though there is no Siddhi Sadhana for this Shabar Vashikaran Mantra, it should be memorized by heart before actually using it to bind any desired man or lady under the fascination spell.
There are no rules regarding Puja-Vidhi, Disha, Aasan, etc. applicable for this Vashikaran Prayog.

(४)ॐ नमो आदेश गुरु का। मोहिनी मोहिनी कहाँ चली। बाहर खुदाई काम कन चली। फलानी फैलाने को देखै,जरै मरै। मेरे को देखकर पाँयन
पड़ै। छू मन्त्र काया ,आदेश ,गुरु की शक्ति ,मेरी भक्ति ,फुरो मन्त्र ईश्वरो वाचा।
--शुभ मुहूर्त में सरसों या राई के तेल का होम देकर १०८ बार मन्त्र जपे ,मन्त्र सिद्ध होय। फिर खाने पीने की वस्तु पर सात बार मन्त्र पढ़कर साध्या को दे। फलानी फलाने के स्थान पर साध्या और उसके पति का नाम उच्चारण करे। साध्या अविवाहिता हो ,तो पिता का नाम लें।
