Mantras to Remove Distress and Sleep Peacefully

In this post, I have written about two effective Klesh Nashak Mantras originating from Jainism and one Mantra to sleep soundly and peacefully at night without stress of any kind of disturbance.

About the two Klesh Nashak Mantras

These Healing Mantras are beneficial in removing all kinds of Klesh meaning grief, distress, misery, sadness, domestic and marital problems, and any other kinds of sufferings, including those related to job and business.

In these most trying times of the Coronavirus Pandemic, most people are going through some or the other kind of Klesh and many of these people are seeking divine or paranormal help to tide over their problems. 

These time-tested Jain Mantras will surely be helpful in removing most kinds of distress and misery if practiced sincerely.

There are no special forms of worship or rituals prescribed for practicing these Klesh Nashak Experiments and any one of the two Mantra Experiments can be practiced to remove Klesh.
 
Mantras to Remove Distress and Sleep Peacefully

First Klesh Nashak Mantra:

The practitioner has to wear white-colored clothes, sit facing the East Direction on a white-colored Aasan and light a Diya in front of him and use a white-colored counting rosary to count the number of Mantra Chants.

The Shanti Hetu Mantra will be effective if it is chanted 125, 000 times in all. This can be achieved by chanting the Mantra for a pre-determined number of Mantra Chants Daily. The practitioner should not deviate from this pre-determined number.

ॐ अर्हं अ सि आ उ सा नमः ||

Mantra
Om Arham A Si Aa U Sa Namah ||

Second Klesh Nashak Mantra:

The same rules have to be followed for this Klesh Nashak Mantra and the Sadhak has to chant the Mantra for 55 Malas or 5940 Mantra Chants Daily for 21 days. After the completion of 21 days, the Mantra should be chanted for 1 Mala or 108 Mantra Chants Daily.

 ॐ ह्रां ह्रीं ह्रूँ ह्रौं ह्रः अ सि आ उ सा नमः ||

Mantra
Om Hraam Hreem Hroom Hroum Hrah A Si Aa U Sa Namah ||

Mantra to Sleep Peacefully at Night:

If you are suffering from chronic insomnia, this simple to practice 2 Words Beej Mantra will be most effective in removing all kinds of stress, tension, or Klesh from the mind and body and enable you to quickly fall asleep peacefully at night.

The procedure described below should be followed:

1] The practitioner should chant the Beej Mantra - ह्रूं ह्रूं  Hroom Hroom for 5-10 minutes before going to sleep.

2] While chanting the Mantra, the practitioner has to meditate on a bright blue color engulfing his mind and brain.

3] The Beej Mantra - ह्रूं ह्रूं Hroom Hroom can be replaced with ह्रूं ह्रं Hroom Hram

4] The Mantra can be chanted verbally or mentally depending upon the wishes of the practitioner and it is likely that the practitioner could fall asleep during the Meditation.

    'अ सि आ उ सा' एवं 'ह्रां ह्रीं ह्रूँ ह्रौं ह्रः ' पंचाक्षरी मन्त्र कहे जाते हैं।
    "ॐ" प्रीफिक्स करने पर "ॐ ह्रां ह्रीं ह्रूं ह्रौं ह्रः "षडाक्षरी मन्त्र हो जाता है।
    "ॐ अर्हं "त्रयाक्षरी मन्त्र है।
    ॐ ह्रां ह्रीं ह्रूं ह्रौं ह्रःअ सि आ उ सा नमः -यह त्रयोदशाक्षरी मंत्र है।इस मन्त्र के अंत में स्वाहा लगाने से यह मन-चिंता कार्य सिद्धि मन्त्र हो जाता है। अर्थात जब यह मन्त्र जपें ,आगे धूप जलाकर रख लें। जिस कार्य की सिद्धि के वास्ते जपें ,मन में उसे रखें कि अमुक कार्य की सिद्धि के वास्ते यह मन्त्र जप रहा हूँ। यदि कोई इस मन्त्र का सवा लाख जाप करे तो मन चिंतित कार्य पूर्ण होता है।
