This year, due to Coronavirus and the Lockdown, devout Hindus will be celebrating the most auspicious concussion of Akshaya Tritiya, which is one of the 3 ½ Shubh Muhurat or Shubh Tithi of the Hindu Calendar, in their homes.
This Shubh Muhurat is specially earmarked by most people as the day to start a new project or to make a new beginning in life. Most people purchase gold, silver, and luxurious items, like cars on this day. This day is also most auspicious for purchasing a new house or investing money or for finalizing marriage proposals.
All this has changed this year and people will be unable to do the things mentioned above because it is not possible because of Lockdown as one cannot step out of one’s house and also because most shops and businesses are closed.
Hence, people have no option other than to celebrate Akshaya Tritiya in their homes.
For this purpose, they can make use of this most auspicious occasion by chanting any favored Mantra or a Mantra of their Ishta Devta or a Mantra of Shri Vishnu or Lakshmi Mata. This can prove to be beneficial in removing the hardships faced by them due to the Lockdown and also in attracting money and wealth into their lives or finding a new job or new business.
A simple Lakshmi Mantra Prayog that can be done on Akshaya Tritiya is given below. It is uncomplicated and can be easily practiced by most people.
1] Get up early in the morning, have a bath and wear fresh clothes and light Dhoop or Agarbatti and a Diya in-front of a Murti or Photo of Lakshmi Mata and then chant the Bhagya Lakshmi Gayatri Mantra shown in the image 7, 11 or 21 times.
2] Repeat this procedure in the evening, there is no need to have a bath, only wash your face, hands, and feet.
I have especially given a Bhagya Lakshmi Mantra because the future of a lot of people is at stake and many people will need the blessings of Bhagyalakshmi to protect their “Bhagya”
Hence, in my opinion, this is a simple but effective Lakshmi Mantra Remedy for Akshaya Tritiya that should be useful for most people.

Salutations to you, who are the illusory power of the
universe, the basis for all wealth, who are worshipped by
divine beings। Conch, chakra, and club in hand, MahalakShmi,

नमस्ते गरुडारूढे कोलासुरभयङ्करि ।
सर्वपापहरे देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ २॥
namaste garuḍārūḍhe kolāsurabhayaṅkari ।
sarvapāpahare devi mahālakṣmi namo'stu te ॥ 2॥
Salutations to you, seated on Garuda, cause of fear for Lord
Saturn, remover of all sin, Goddess LakShmi, salutations to you (2)
सर्वज्ञे सर्ववरदे सर्वदुष्टभयङ्करि ।
सर्वदुःखहरे देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ३॥
sarvajñe sarvavarade sarvaduṣṭabhayaṅkari ।
sarvaduḥkhahare devi mahālakṣmi namo'stu te ॥ 3॥
All-knowing, boon giver for all, cause of fear for all the
wicked, remover of all sorrow, Goddess LakShmi, salutations to you। (3)
सिद्धिबुद्धिप्रदे देवि भुक्तिमुक्तिप्रदायिनि ।
मन्त्रमूर्ते सदा देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ४॥
siddhibuddhiprade devi bhuktimuktipradāyini ।
mantramūrte sadā devi mahālakṣmi namo'stu te ॥ 4॥
Goddess, who gives success and intelligence completely,
she who generously gives enjoyment and liberation, who is
the form of the mantra, Goddess LakShmi, salutations to you। (4)
आद्यन्तरहिते देवि आद्यशक्तिमहेश्वरि ।
योगजे योगसम्भूते महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ५॥
ādyantarahite devi ādyaśaktimaheśvari ।
yogaje yogasambhūte mahālakṣmi namo'stu te ॥ 5॥
Beginningless and endless goddess, Supreme Goddess of the
universe, she who is yoga and is born of yoga, Goddess LakShmi,
salutations to you। (5)
स्थूलसूक्ष्ममहारौद्रे महाशक्ति महोदरे ।
महापापहरे देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ६॥
sthūlasūkṣmamahāraudre mahāśakti mahodare ।
mahāpāpahare devi mahālakṣmi namo'stu te ॥ 6॥
The great terror (Durga) of gross and subtle (wicked
beings), supreme power, engulfing all, redemptress of the universe,
remover of the great sins, Goddess LakShmi, salutations to you। (6)
पद्मासनस्थिते देवि परब्रह्मस्वरूपिणि ।
परमेशि जगन्माता महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ७॥
padmāsanasthite devi parabrahmasvarūpiṇi ।
parameśi jaganmātā mahālakṣmi namo'stu te ॥ 7॥
Seated on a lotus, the Goddess, whose nature is the transcendent
infinite, transcendent ruler, mother of the world, Goddess LakShmi,
salutations to you। (7)
श्वेताम्बरधरे देवि नानालङ्कारभूषिते ।
जगत्स्थिते जगन्मातर्महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥ ८॥
śvetāmbaradhare devi nānālaṅkārabhūṣite ।
jagatsthite jaganmātarmahālakṣmi namo'stu te ॥ 8॥
Clad in white clothes, adorned with various ornaments,
mother of the world, abiding in the world, Goddess LakShmi, salutations to you। (8)
फलश्रुति । (Benefits of chanting this prayer)
महालक्ष्म्यष्टकस्तोत्रं यः पठेद्भक्तिमान्नरः ।
सर्वसिद्धिमवाप्नोति राज्यं प्राप्नोति सर्वदा ॥
mahālakṣmyaṣṭakastotraṃ yaḥ paṭhedbhaktimānnaraḥ ।
sarvasiddhimavāpnoti rājyaṃ prāpnoti sarvadā ॥
The devotee who chants this verse of eight stanzas to
Goddess LakShmi gains all success and gains sovereignty at all times।
एककाले पठेन्नित्यं महापापविनाशनम् ।
द्विकालं यः पठेन्नित्यं धनधान्यसमन्वितः ॥
ekakāle paṭhennityaṃ mahāpāpavināśanam ।
dvikālaṃ yaḥ paṭhennityaṃ dhanadhānyasamanvitaḥ ॥
He who always recites once daily, gains
destruction of great sin; he who recites
twice daily, always is endowed with wealth and food।
त्रिकालं यः पठेन्नित्यं महाशत्रुविनाशनम् ।
महालक्ष्मीर्भवेन्नित्यं प्रसन्न वरदा शुभा ॥
trikālaṃ yaḥ paṭhennityaṃ mahāśatruvināśanam ।
mahālakṣmīrbhavennityaṃ prasanna varadā śubhā ॥
He who recites it three times daily always gains
destruction of great enemies, and (Goddess LakShmi) the
pure giver of boons, would be always pleased (with the person)।
महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तु ते ।
Goddess LakShmi, salutations to you।
॥ इतीन्द्रकृतं महालक्ष्म्यष्टकं सम्पूर्णम् ॥॥ itīndrakṛtaṃ mahālakṣmyaṣṭakaṃ sampūrṇam ॥
In my view in this Laxmi Gayatri mantra Namah after Om is not required. The mantra should be OM BHAGYAKAXMAI CHA VIDMAHE ASHTALAXMAI CHE DHEEMAHI TANNO LAXMI PRACHODAYAT.

Just as the water falling from the sky flows in the form of river ravines and finally reaches the sea, similarly salution to other deities are received by Vishnu.
