Mantras for Falling Asleep Quickly

In this post, I have written about two more unique Mantras, which have been attributed with the special powers of enable anyone to fall asleep quickly. These simple but effective Mantras are helpful for those people who have difficulty in falling asleep quickly due to some or the other reason.

Many times, the reasons for sleeplessness or insomnia can range from tension, stress, fear, depression, anxiety,  indigestion, irregular food and drink habits, consumption of caffeine before bedtime or consuming too much caffeine during the course of the day,  medication, related to physical or mental exercises or some or the other lingering thought or emotion.

In many cases it can be a combination of more than one of the factors mentioned above or even some unknown factor that is preventing you from falling asleep quickly.

The Mantras, which, I have described in this post can be practiced whenever you are experiencing difficulty in falling asleep or even daily, if your are suffering from insomnia.

Mantras for Falling Asleep Quickly and Removal of Insomnia

The procedure of practicing the first Mantra is given below. 

1] The practitioner has to take some drinking water in a small cup or mug and keep if before him and chant the Mantra given below for 1 Marla or 108 Mantra Chants.

ॐ ह्रीं निशोज्ये स्वाहा  ||
Om Hreem Nishojye Swaha ||

2] Then, he has to sprinkle that Mantra Infused Water on his face.

The second Mantra and the method of practicing it is given below. 

ॐ निल नित्याने निल स्वाहा ||
Om Neel Nityaane Neel Swaha ||

The practitioner has to close his eyes and softly keep his right palm over his eyes and then chant this Mantra for 1 Mala.

The practitioner can use any kind of counting rosary for counting the number of Mantra Chants.

Notes- As both the Mantras described in this post, serve the same purpose, the practitioner can select any one of the two Mantras and chant it in order to resolve his problem of sleeplessness.

There are also Shaabri Mantras composed by the nine Saints and Masters the Navnath’s of the Nath Sampradaya which are useful in the acquisition of material pursuits as well as the essential requirements to lead a contented life.
