What is Sound

Sound is nothing but the vibrations of the Five Elements Air, Water, Earth and Space. One can hear the individual sounds countless times every day. We pick up these frequencies without giving a second thought to them taking them for granted. The sounds of the machines, the applications we use every day are a mix of sounds of the Five Elements. The sound depends on which element is present in larger quantities in these machines. The quality, type and frequency of the sound thus varies according to the kind of machine or application.

I am the Five Elements

This is an extremely simple and easy to practice Meditation technique on the Five Elements. It is easy and simple yet it is the most powerful Meditation, which can be practiced by anyone. This Meditation can be practiced at any time of the day or night. No specific posture or position is required. These suggestions can be used like auto suggestions to sink deep into you sub-conscious mind.

Sankata Nasana Ganesha Stotram

The Sankata Nasana Ganesha or Ganapati Stotra is taken from the Narada Purana. The Narada purana is one of the major eighteen Hindu puranas and it contains example of devotion and worship, in the form of an dialogue between the Narada and Sanat Kumar. The recitation of this stotra enables one to completely wipe out sorrows and impending dangers, clean ones Karma and enable good and positive vibration around ones being and residence. It is said that the fruits of reciting this stotra are visible in a short time, when it is recited with a pure heart, love, compassion and devotion towards Ganesha.

Sankat Mochan Hanuman Aashtak English-Hindi

The Sankat Mochan Hanuman Aashtak is an eight verse prayer in praise of the Hindu God of courage, strength, confidence and devotion Hanuman. Hanuman is also considered to be an Avatar of Shiva who manifested in order to help Ram, an Avatar of Vishnu overcome the evil forces who had grouped under the King of Lanka Ravan. This prayer describes the victory of good over evil. The victory of Ram over Ravan with the help of Hanuman.

Om Jai Shiv Omkara is a popular Aarti in praise of Shiva. Shiva is part of the omnipresent trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh or Shiva. They are portrayed as being separate and yet one and the same at the same time. Hence Shiva is worshipped as the ever-existent and his worship is said to include everything else including Brahma and Vishnu. This Aarti is recited in Shiva temples all over India, where devotees recite this Aarti collectively and experience bliss and ecstasy.
