ॐ हं हं हं हनुमंत पहलवान, वर्ष बारह का जवान। हाथ वज्र, छाती वज्र, काया वज्र, लोहे की लाट। चले तो पृथ्वी कांपे, बैठे तो पर्वत थामे। बिंदु-बिंदु रक्त की रक्षा करे, हाड़-मांस बलवान करे। दुहाई वीर हनुमान की, शब्द सांचा, पिंड कांचा, फुरो मन्त्र ईश्वरो वाचा।

English Translation of the Hanuman Mantra:
Om Ham Ham Ham Hanumant Pahalwan, Varsh Baarah Ka Jawan. Haath Vajra, Chhaati Vajra, Kaya Vajra, Lohe Ki Laat. Chale To Prithvi Kaanpe, Baithe To Parvat Thaame. Bindu-Bindu Rakt Ki Raksha Kare, Haad-Maans Balwan Kare. Duhai Veer Hanuman Ki, Shabd Saancha, Pind Kaancha, Phuro Mantra Ishwaro Vaacha.

Remember this Important Rule: Even though you are chanting the Hanuman Mantra just 7 times, make it a part of your daily routine. By chanting it at the same time every day, its power will be awakened in your body.
