In this post, I have written about a Past Life Regression Technique that uses an ancient mantra to relax the mind and awaken dormant memories of previous reincarnations. This technique enables the practitioner to view scenes and relive memories from past lives in dreams.
When the mind is completely calm, relaxed, and devoid of thoughts, subtle, hidden memories from past lives may surface. By using the technique described by me in this post, memories of past lives can manifest in dreams.

Visualization: While chanting the mantra, the practitioner should visualize a divine light spreading within the center of his brain. He should imagine that this light is slowly opening the closed doors of time.
Things to do after chanting the Past Life Regression Mantra:
Complete Silence: The practitioner should refrain from speaking to anyone after completing the mantra chanting. He should go to bed and sleep.
Mental Observation: Even after lying down, he should continue to sense the vibrations of the mantra within his mind.
Dream Awareness: Upon waking in the morning, if any specific imagery or thought comes to mind, he should record it in a diary.
