1] Shiva Mantra to Fulfill Wishes and Eradicate Dangers: Origin of this Shiva Mantra: This Mantra has been derived from the Shiva Ashtottara Shatanamavali or the 108 Names of Lord Shiva and is based upon the Name Number 92 पशुपति / Pashupati.

Apart from fulfilling the wishes and desires of the Shiv-Bhakt, this is a very important Shiva Mantra, which also extinguishes all dangers, enemies, diseases, obstacles, and difficulties and protects the devotee from harm. 

The Mantra, dedicated to the Pashupati Roop of Lord Shiva is also said to be a Moksh or Liberation-giving Shiva Mantra, which frees the Shiv-Bhakt from the Mayajaal or illusion created by the senses. The worship of Shiva as Pashupati is very popular in some parts of India and Nepal.

2] Shiva Mantra to Fulfill All Wishes: Origin of this Lord Shiva Mantra: This Mantra originated from the Sri Shiva Sahasranamavali and it is also found in the Sri Vishnu Sahasranamavali and hence it can be dedicated to both Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu.

This Mantra has the power and potency to bestow anything to the devotee and fulfill his cherished wishes. This is an infallible Ramban Mantra that can meet any or every need of the practitioner. This Mantra can also be chanted by spiritually inclined people to merge their consciousness with the collective consciousness or the cosmic consciousness, personified by Lord Shiva as everything. 

The meaning of this Mantra can be taken as – I am Praying to Lord Shiva who is everything. / मैं शिव जी को नमन करता हूँ, जो सब कुछ है।

ॐ सर्वस्मै नमः ||
Om Sarvasmai Namah ||
