2] The practitioner should worship Lord Shiva and mentally visualize the Virat or Universal Avatar of Shiva and start chanting the selected Beej Mantra verbally as much as he desires or for 10 to 15 minutes if he wishes to chant the Beej Mantra for a fixed period.
3] According to reliable Hindu Religious Scriptures, the Mantra will start generating immense power and energy after completing 200, 000 Mantra Chants. This will not take up much time because it is a small Mantra, however, to get the desired energy, it should be chanted with concentration and firm faith and belief in Lord Shiva.
