3] If the practitioner is living under constant threat from evil forces or if this is a chronic problem, then, he can chant the Hanuman Mantra 11 or 21 times in the morning or before going to bed at night.

Can we chant this mantra how many times we want and after consuming non veg can we chant because no vidhi. Please say Guruji
