The Truth About Mabus: Did Nostradamus Predict World War III
In this post, I have explored the possibilities of applying Nostradamus' Mabus prophecy to the near future, specifically 2025, and beyond. I have also written about the possible effects of this prophecy on global affairs if it is fulfilled in the coming years or even months.
A couple of months back, I had written about this yet-to-be-fulfilled prophecy of Nostradamus, which will mark the start of World War 3 and the unprecedented destruction that it will cause. 1| Global war or conflict: Nostradamus has written that "after the death of Mabus, there will be a terrible massacre of people and animals."
This could mean that World War III - especially involving America, Russia, China, Europe, and the Middle East. The use of weapons of mass destruction by both the warring sides, meaning nuclear weapons or biological weapons. Millions of people will lose their lives instantly or in just a few days.

2] Hunger and water crisis: The quatrain mentions "thirst and hunger". In the coming years, water shortage due to climate change will cause crop failure and a large-scale food crisis. Billions of people may be affected, especially in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
3] Comet or Astronomical Event: Nostradamus wrote: “When the comet races.” This could be a sign of the start of the events leading to the predicted destruction. Or it could be a symbolic sign of a major crisis or destructive force. It should be noted that Nostradamus visualized the prophecies, meaning he saw events unfolding before his eyes when he went into a trance. There is a strong possibility that he visualized a very powerful Intercontinental Ballistic Missile carrying a nuclear warhead, which he mistook for a comet.
4] Mabus has appeared: A coming leader and a symbol of terror: Nostradamus’ mysterious “Mabus” may have appeared or will appear in the very near future.
The Most Likely Interpretation of the Mabus Prophecy: A new dictator or terrorist leader may emerge. His death or fall will be followed by the worldwide wars and destruction mentioned above. This person could be from the Middle East, Asia, or the Americas, but one thing is certain: whoever Mabus is, he is backed by the power to destroy and change the course of the history of the world.
Words of Caution: Nostradamus' "Mabus" is probably a person and not a symbol of evil, war, and greed. It appears almost certain that in 2025 and the coming years, the world will face many natural and man-made disasters, water shortages, famine and hunger, war, and strange cosmic events.
