Mantra for Eternal Bliss and Everlasting Happiness

In this post, I have written about an effective Mantra for getting Eternal Bliss and Everlasting Happiness. This is a very beneficial Meditation Mantra for spiritually inclined people who are striving to get that elusive peace, calm, and bliss in their lives.

This small but powerful Mantra is fast working and its effects can be experienced within a few days and if the practitioner chants the Mantra with sincerity and confidence, he will be able to remove all negativity and burn away all accumulated Bad Karma and sins. 

The Mantra is also useful in removing any kind of fear, mental tension or stress, fatigue, depression, sadness, phobia, anxiety, or any other mental disorder, including chronic problems.

Some information about this Happiness Giving Mantra:
This Mantra for getting Eternal Bliss is based upon Name Number: 368, चिदानंद / Chidanand, which is described in the Sri Dattatreya Sahasranama Stotram or the 1000 Names of Guru Dattatreya Bhagwan.

Mantra for all kinds of Happiness

Another Variation of the same Happiness giving Mantra:
Chidanand has also been described as one of the 1000 Names of Sai Baba of Shirdi in the Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Sahasranama Stotram and hence it is also a very beneficial Meditation Mantra for Sai Bhakts.

The Mantra dedicated to Sai Baba is usually chanted by devotees of Sai Baba in the manner described below.

मंत्र
ॐ श्री साई चिदानंदाय नमः ||

Om Sri Sai Chidaanandaaya Namah ||

How to chant any of the two variations of the Mantra for getting Happiness and Eternal Bliss:
1] The practitioner can select any one of the two Mantras given above because they are both equally powerful and will give the same results.

2] There are no specific rules of prayers associated with these Mantras and the practitioner should only do Smaran of the deity of the Mantra, which is either Guru Dattatreya or Sai Baba of Shirdi, and chant the Mantra for about 5-10 minutes daily or as and when required to relieve stress and depression.
