The Trataka meditation that I have described in this post is very helpful in stimulating the Pineal Gland and activating the hidden mystical powers of the Agya Chakra or Third Eye.
The Procedure of Making the Trataka Yantra of 34:
The Preferred Days: The Yantra should be prepared on the day of an auspicious Hindu festival like Navratri, all the days of the festival of Diwali, Dussehra, Makar Sankranti, or Basant Panchami.
It can also be made on an astrological yoga like Ravi Pushya Yoga, or on the day of a Full Moon. The practitioner can even make the Yantra on his lucky day of the week.
Direction and Seating: While drawing the Yantra, the practitioner should face north or east and sit on a mat made of Kusha grass or wool.
Ingredients for Preparing the Yantra: The Yantra can be written either on a Bhojpatra or White Paper. It should be 4×4 inches or 6×6 inches in size. The practitioner should mix a few drops of water into Ashtagandha Powder and mix it to make the ink. He should use a pomegranate-wood pen [ a pointed stick of the pomegranate plant] as the pen.
The pomegranate-wood pen should be dipped in the Ashtagandha Paste, and the numbers should be written in the sequence which I have described below.
The Order for Writing the Numbers of the Yantra of 34 for Intuition Powers: According to Yantra Shastra, the preferred technique of writing the numbers is from left to right, beginning with the first horizontal row, followed by the second, third, and fourth.
Infusing the Chautisa Yantra for Intuition with the power of the mantra: The power of the Yantra should be unlocked by placing it eye-level on a Trataka Gazing Board or Stand. The practitioner should light a lamp of Pure Cow Ghee Infront of the Yantra and chant the mantra given below 108 times.
ॐ ह्रीं अक्षीभ्यां नमः or "ॐ गं अक्षीभ्यां नमः
Om Hreem Akshibhyam Namah or "Om Gam Akshibhyam Namah
Trataka: After completing the mantra chanting, the practitioner should gaze at the center of the Yantra without straining his eyes for 5-10 minutes.
Every Day Trataka for Gaining Intuition and Sixth Sense: The practitioner should sit in front of the Yantra and gaze at it for 10-15 minutes in the beginning. This period can be increased to 30-45 minutes after 7 to 21 days.
The 7 to 21 days period is the cleansing or purification phase. During this phase, there can be an improvement in concentration, relief from stress, and improvement or stability in eyesight.
After the initial phase comes the advanced phase of 1 Mandala, or 41 days. It can be extended to 90 days for the gain of intuition, divine vision, and deep purification of the mind.
Important Rules and Precautions for the Trataka: Practicing Trataka every day at about the same time without fail is more important than the number of days you practice the Trataka.
It is important to relax the eyes after the Trataka; the practitioner should rub his palms together for some time and keep them over closed eyes to relax them.
Over-exertion should be avoided; the practitioner should discontinue the meditation for a few days if he experiences dryness or burning in the eyes or starts getting headaches.
The Yantra of 34 should be laminated or framed to prevent it from getting soiled or torn. The practitioner can use a ready-made Trataka Board or Stand to place the Yantra. He can also place it on a wall in the house.
About the Numerical Yantra of 34: This is a multipurpose numerology / religious Yantra that has been extensively described in Yantra Shastra. I have described the use of this powerful charm for fulfilling many motives, including love and enchantment, gain of money and wealth, healing ailments and diseases, astrological benefits, and resolving all kinds of problems.
The variant described by me, along with the special infusion mantra and technique, is specific to gaining success in the acquisition of ESP and other paranormal abilities and powers mentioned in this post.
