About the Universal Mohini Mantra: The mantra belongs to a specific category of Shabar Mantras that are used to attract, captivate, and control someone or everyone for any specific motive that the practitioner has in mind. It has been composed in Old Rural Hindi, which was the spoken language of a large part of India.
The Mohini Mantra has been composed by an unknown sage or spellcaster from the Lineage of the Navnath Sampradaya and Guru Gorakhnath. Though the exact dating cannot be ascertained, the mantra originated around the 10th – 12th Century CE.
This Mohini Mantra, like most other such love and enchantment spells, is from the Guru-Shishya Parampara, where mantras were orally handed over by the master to his disciples. Some of these mantras are available in handwritten texts that were printed for the public in the 19th–20th centuries CE.

The Correct Procedure for Reciting the Mohini Mantra: The simple steps described by me below should be implemented by the practitioner to gain maximum results by casting the Mohini Vashikaran Attraction Spell on any or all people at the same time.
1] How to Chant the Mohini Mantra: If you want to make the mantra a part of your daily routine, then chanting it 21 times is sufficient. The best time to chant the mantra is in the morning after having your bath.
The practitioner should sit silently in a place where he is not going to be interrupted, and his mind will not get distracted. He should sit on a clean sitting mat or chair and keep a small bowl filled with a few drops of Chameli or Til Ka Tel; Jasmine or Sesame Seed Oil in English. I have mentioned only a few drops because that much oil is enough to apply the Mohini Tilak, which I have described below.
The Mohini Mantra should be recited 21 times. After concluding the mantra chanting, the practitioner should lightly blow his breath on the oil 3 times to energize the oil with the frequencies of the mantra.
तेल एकांत, तेल सिद्ध। मोहिनी रानी, तेरा रूप प्रसिद्ध॥ जिहिके जावै, तिहिके मोहि। मोहिनी देवी, तेरी शक्ति की दुहाई॥
Tela ekānta, tela siddha. Mohinī rānī, terā rūpa prasiddha. Jihike jāvai, tihike mohi. Mohinī devī, terī śakti kī duhāī.
Using the Infused Oil: The practitioner should apply a Tilak of the energized oil on his forehead or navel. This simple attraction ritual will be enough to enchant all people, including a special person.
