How to use the Vashikaran Mantra to Bind the desired lover under a Vashikaran Spell:
1] The practitioner should write the Vashikaran Mantra along with the name of the desired man or woman on a Bhojpatra or white piece of paper using the blood of his Kanishtha Ungli or little finger as the ink and the pointed end of a feather of a vulture as the pen.
