3] After Siddhi, the practitioner has to take Toothpaste or Tooth Powder and infuse and concentrate upon the desired man or woman and then infuse the Toothpaste or Tooth Powder with the power of the Vashikaran Mantra by chanting it 21 times.
4] This is a one-time Vashikaran Vidhi that is said to cast a Vashikaran Spell on the desired person, it can also be repeated on other persons.
