Hamsa Mantra Awaken Subconscious Power and Manifest Wishes

In this post, I have written about a Divine Mantra that can bring drastic changes in the physical and spiritual life of the chanter. This mystical mantra is a variation of the 'Hamsa Mantra,' which can awaken Subconscious Powers and make any wish manifest as reality.

The full Benefits of chanting the Mantra:
The benefits can be divided into 3 broad categories, which I have described below:

Mental and Psychological Benefits: The mantra can help silence the mind and minimize thoughts and mental noise. This makes the mind hyper-aware, increases concentration tremendously, and allows one to see hidden things.

Chanting the mantra calms the nervous system and lowers the stress hormones. This eliminates stress and anxiety.

Physical Benefits: The vibrations of the mantra infuse Prana, or Vital Energy, thereby enabling the flow of oxygen to every part of the body. This recharges the mind and body, increases vitality, and the face of the practitioner becomes radiant.

The vibrations generated by chanting the mantra increase immunity and and initates the self-healing abilities of the body. Chanting the mantra for 10 minutes before sleeping gives relief from insomnia, and the practitioner is able to sleep soundly.

Spiritual and Esoteric Benefits: The mantra connects the practitioner to cosmic energy and dissolves the sense of duality. It awakens dormant subconscious powers and increases intuition. The practitioner experiences premonitions about future events and the true intentions of other persons.

The mantra activates the power of attraction and any wish or desire, no matter how small, that is formed when the mind is in a thoughtless state, enters the cosmic consciousness, and manifests.

The mantra activates the Sushumna Nadi within the spine. This aids in stimulating the Chakras or energy centers of the Kundalini Shakti. This helps the practitioner advance spiritually.

The Procedure of Chanting the Mantra: The Mantra will give the best results if chanted during Amrit Vela or the time between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM, or just before going to sleep at night.

हं सोऽहं, सोऽहं हं ||
Ham So-Ham, So-Ham Ham ||

The mantra can be chanted for 10-15 minutes in a place that is calm or quiet. The practitioner can sit in any pose, like Sukhasana, Siddhasana, or Padmasana, with his spine straight.

The practitioner should take 2-3 deep breaths to still his mind and then start chanting the mantra. The mantra can also be chanted mentally.

Notes: The time of 10-15 minutes is for beginners. An advanced practitioner can increase the timing.

There are specific breathing techniques and Yoga Mudras associated with this mantra. I have not described them in this post because they are for advanced practitioners who are well-versed in yoga.

Beginners can start with the simple form of meditation described by me. This simple meditation can be as effective as the advanced meditation technique if practiced with dedication.
