In this post, I have written about the Ultimate Kundalini Shakti Awakening Mantra to generate energy in all the 7 Chakras of the Kundalini Shakti. Practitioners of Kundalini Yoga, who chant or listen to this magical mantra, are likely to experience a surge of divine life force energy in their spine that reaches the Third Eye and Crown Chakras.
The Secret Key of the Mantra: This Miracle Mantra is composed using the most effective combination of Beej Mantras to master your dormant life energy. The mantra does not work because of only the words, but the Prana or Life-Force or Energy that is harnessed from within and outside the body by chanting or listening to it.

The Procedure of Chanting the Kundalini Jagran Mantra:
1] The best time to chant the mantra is between 4 AM and 6 AM in the morning, which is the mystical Period of the Brahma Muhurta. If chanting in the morning is not possible, the practitioner can do it at night, just before going to bed.
The practitioner should sit facing the east or north on a white or yellow cotton sitting mat, keeping his spine straight without straining it.
2] Sankalp or Pledge: He should close his eyes and mentally say, "O Mother Kundalini, I am surrendering to you. Please awaken and purify my energy centers."
3] The Chanting Procedure: The practitioner should chant the mantra 21 or 108 times. He should use his fingertips or a counting rosary to count the number of mantra chants. The mantra should not be chanted very softly, but clearly in a confident voice.
Breathing: He should inhale deeply and recite half of the mantra while exhaling, and the remaining half while gently contracting the abdomen.
The 'Hum' Pronunciation: When he pronounces the word "Hum," he should feel a vibration in the Muladhara Chakra or the lower spine area.
When he pronounces the word "Phat," he should imagine that the Ajna Chakra or Third Eye, between the eyebrows, is glowing.
4] Visualization of the Kundalini Shakti: While chanting the mantra, the practitioner should visualize with his eyes closed that energy resembling a golden serpent, lying dormant at the base of his spine. And as he chants the mantra, the energy slowly moves upward, filling his entire spine with glowing light.
5] After Chanting the Mantra: After completing the mantra chanting, the practitioner should not get up immediately. He should sit in complete silence for at least 2 minutes and feel a protective shield forming around his body. Then, he should lightly rub his palms together and place them on his face for a few moments.
