Navnath Mantra for Peace of Mind | Powerful Healing Vibration from the Nath Yogis

In this post, I have written about a powerful mantra that invokes the divine energy of the Navnath Yogis, intended to balance and heal the mind, intellect, and soul. The ancient mantra has immense potential in giving mental peace to the practitioner by eliminating restlessness, fear, insomnia, frightening or inauspicious nightmares, depression, and other disturbing conditions.

Information and Composition of the Navnath Mantra: The mantra is one of the traditional Navnath Panth Bijaakshar Siddhi Mantras. It is not derived from any particular text on Mantra Vidya, but from the Tantric and Meditative tradition of the Navnath Yogis.

It contains three Primary Bijaakshar Mantras: The beej mantras, which are a part of many mantras for diverse purposes, infuse energy into the mantra, and make it potent. Chanting the mantra as described in this post will infuse powerful energy into the mind and body of the practitioner within minutes.

Hreem: The Maya Beej, which will purify the heart and mind of the practitioner.
Aim: The Saraswati Beej, which is the seed sound of knowledge, wisdom, and speech.
Kleem: The Kama Beej, the seed of attraction, love, and physical and sensual pleasure and enjoyment.

Thus, these three Beej Mantras are effectively combined to worship and invoke the Navnath Gurus. This gives fast relief from sadness, depression, insomnia, and other mental and psychological problems and gives lasting peace.

This Navnath Mantra is not merely beneficial for attaining mental peace, but it is very useful to cleanse and purify the mind and soul by attracting the most powerful healing vibrations from the Universe.

Powerful Healing Vibration from the Nath Yogis

The Origin and Use of the Navnath Mantra: The Mantra has its origins in the more than 1,000-year-old Yoga Siddha tradition, which is directly linked to the Dattatreya philosophy or Shri Datta Parampara.

This mantra is primarily used for meditation among the Gorakhnath sect and Nath Yogis. And is used in spiritual practice. In the traditions of Guru Gorakhnath, Machhindranath, and Gahininath, it is chanted for mental peace, energy balance, and stability in spiritual practice.

The Procedure of Chanting the Navnath Peace Giving Mantra: There are no special rules for chanting the mantra. The practitioner can chant the mantra 11 or 21 times in the morning or before going to sleep at night.

ॐ ह्रीं ऐं क्लीं नवनाथाय नमः॥
Om Hreem Aim Kleem Navnathaya Namah॥

While chanting the mantra, the practitioner should mentally think and feel "I am calm, I am stable, and I am being blessed and protected by the Divine Navnath Gurus".
