The Chanting Method of the Shiva Mantra to Own a House:
1] Start the Mantra Sadhana on Monday or any auspicious period according to the Hindu Panchang.
2] The Mantra Sadhana should be practiced at a clean, silent, and holy place, like the Puja Mandir in the home of a practitioner or a Shiv temple.
3] The Shiva Mantra should be chanted 108 times daily after sunrise or before going to sleep at night using a Rudraksha beads counting rosary.
ॐ नमः शिवाय रुद्राय भू-लाभं देहि मे स्वाहा ||
Om Namah Shivaya Rudraya Bhoo-Laabham Dehi Me Swaha ||
4 ] Duration of the Mantra Sadhana: It should be practiced for at least 21, 31, or 51 days.
5] Sankalp or Pledge before stating the Mantra Chanting: This should be done only once every day. The practitioner should take his name in place of “I so-and-so” and replace the word “house” with land, office, shop, or any other property according to his needs.
"I so-and-so (your name) am chanting this Mantra to get a permanent house of my own with the grace of Lord Shiva."
: मैं अमुक (आपका नाम) भगवान शिव की कृपा से स्वयं का स्थायी घर प्राप्त करने के लिए यह मंत्र जप कर रहा हूँ।"
This is a working Mantra for owning property, but at the same time, the practitioner should also put in their best efforts to gain the same. Simply sitting at home and doing nothing will serve no purpose.
