How to Chant these Mantras: The practitioner can chant the selected Mantra 27 or 108 times every day, in the morning or evening. If is advisable to chant the Mantra at about the same time every day. If desired the practitioner can take a pledge to chant the Mantra for a fixed number of days by taking a pledge to do so.
