How to Create a Simple Protection Yantra for Positive Energy at Home

In this post, I have written about a positive-energy-attaching yantra that attracts positive vibrations from the Universe. This yantra, which can be prepared at home, not only attracts positivity but also protects the practitioner from harm and helps him in resetting the energy of his mind.

Benefits of the Shri Ram Yantra: The magical yantra, which invokes the "Ram Naam" for positivity and safety, soothes the mind, making it calm and stress-free. This releases unwanted negative thoughts from the mind, banishes fear, tension, and depression.

The Procedure of Making the Yantra at Home: 1] The yantra can be made on any day in the morning after having a bath and wearing clean clothes.

2] The practitioner should make the yantra on white paper with a new red ink pen or marker. For the purposes of meditation, the dimensions of the yantra can be like this:

For a Normal House: 5-inch by 5-inch square. This is the ideal size.

For the Puja Mandir or Altar: A 4-inch by 4-inch square.

For the Sitting Room or Entrance: A 6-inch by 6-inch or 8-inch by 8-inch square. So that it is visible from a distance and to make it appear attractive.

How to Create a Simple Protection Yantra

3] After drawing the yantra, the practitioner should light an oil lamp and an incense stick in front of the yantra and say “ I am surrounded by positive energy and protection” 21 times. He should meditate on “om” or “ram” for about a minute. The yantra can be framed or laminated to keep it safe from wear and tear and damage.

How to Meditate looking at the Yantra: The triangle is a symbol of energy, and when it is pointed upwards, it symbolizes upliftment, power, and protection. This gives direction to the intentions of the practitioner by enabling him to focus his energy on a single point.

Om is the Vibration of the universe, and writing it inside the triangle stands for connecting the self to the over-self. Ram stands for protection, courage, and righteousness. Writing Ram on the perimeter creates a protective shield and an aura of positive energy from all directions.

The Purpose of Lighting an Oil Lamp and Incense: Fire purifies, and lighting a lamp and incense stick helps in removing negativity from the mind and enhancing the quality of the meditation.

How to Meditate on the Shri Ram Yantra: The practitioner should sit in front of the yantra for 2-5 minutes every day at the same time, gaze at it for a minute without straining the mind. Then, he should close his eyes and chant Om or Ram 7 or 21 times.

If the practitioner wishes to fulfil a wish or achieve success in anything, he should think about the wish calmly without being attached to it.

Alternatively, the practitioner can simply sit in front of the yantra for about 2 minutes and gaze at it comfortably without straining his eyes. This simple ritual will reset the mental energy of the practitioner and help him in attracting positive energy.
