Shakti Mantra to Raise Kundalini Shakti - 3
The Kundalini Jagaran Mantra given here is a Hindu Tantric Mantra to awaken the dormant Kundalini Shakti, lying coiled in the Root or Muladhara Chakra and make it rise to the Crown or Sahasrara Chakra. This mantra is similar to many Shakti Mantras, mostly chanted to appease the Goddess Kali Mata as the Great Universal Shakti.

There are no negative effects for this Mantra. It can be practiced either sitting or sleeping with the Spine in a straight position. The practitioner can chant the Mantra until he feels comfortable.

ReplyDeleteYes, that is right, the Mantras is said to stimulate the Kundalini at the base and when stimulated it starts it upward movement.
DeleteI have heard that it can be very dangerous practice without guru. is it ok to be done without guru. if kundalini awakens and something happens who will control this? please clarify guruji.
ReplyDeleteIf the practitioner is well advanced spiritually and knows what he is attempting, then there is no need for a Guru.
DeleteSuch Kundalini raising experiments are only for the advanced practitioners.
