Mantra and Puja to Energize Ekakshi Nariyal

This is a follow-up of the article on the rare and much sought after Tantric Item, the Ekakshi Nariyal or the One-Eyed- Coconut, which was written some time back. Some readers, having the Ekakshi Nariyal, in their possession had asked for ways and means to energize it, using Mantras and Stotras to make it some potent and effective. Though the energizing of the Ekakshi Nariyal is not mandatory, I am giving some pointers, which can be useful in energizing the Ekakshi Nariyal for those wishing to do so.

As the Ekakshi Nariyal is believed to be the symbol of the Goddess of Wealth Laxmi, the Laxmi Mantra given below should be chanted 108 times before installing the Ekakshi Nariyal in the Place of worship or the places recommended in the post – Here. Before chanting the Mantra, the Nariyal should be worshipped with offerings of Dhoop, Pure Ghee Diya, scented flowers [the Sevanti or Chandramallika flower, known in English as the Chrysanthemum, is the favoutive flower of Laxmi, if unable to get this flower, any other scented flowers can be used] and Prasad of Jaggery and Dry-Coconut pieces.

Om Shreem Shriyei Namaha ||

मंत्र

ॐ श्रीं श्रियै नमः ||

After completing the chanting of the Laxmi Mantra,  the Vishnu Satvan - Shuklambaradharam Vishnum Sashi Varnam...  शुक्लांबरधरं विष्णुं शशिवर्णं... should be chanted once. This prayer of Lord Vishnu is easily available anywhere on the Internet.

After this, the Ekakshi Nariyal should be installed in the Puja Place or any other recommended place in the home or office.

However, the daily-recommended Pooja to worship the Ekakshi Nariyal given in the earlier post is to be followed. The Ekakshi Nariyal should not be touched by women who are undergoing their Monthly Periods.
