In this post, I have written about 2 simple to practice Shabar Vidya Healing Mantras for removing back pain. These are Siddh Mantras and they can be put to use immediately for getting relief from back pain, including severe lower back pain.
The procedure of using both these Shabar Health Mantras is the same and it is very simple and uncomplicated, it can be practiced on any day and time on yourself or to give relief to any other person who is suffering from back pain.
The practitioner can select any one of the 2 Shabar Healing Mantras given below and take some Cow Dung Ash in his right hand and then chant the selected Mantra 31 times in order to energize the ash with the power of the Mantra.
Then, he has to blow the ash on his own body or the body of any other person whom he is treating for back pain.
This is a one time Mantra Experiment and it can be practiced again and again, if the practitioner or his patient experiences relief from back pain.
This Shabar Mantra is from the Navnath Sampradaya and is dedicated to Guru Gorakhnath.
