Both these Shiva Mantras are based upon two unique Names of Lord Shiva that are described in the Sri Shiva Ashtottara Shatanamavali / श्री शिव अष्टोत्तर शतनाम स्तोत्र or the 108 Names of Lord Shiva.
The first Mantra is based upon Name Number: 78: रुद्र / Rudra and the second Mantra has been derived from Name Number: 53 सदाशिव / Sadashiva.

Both these Shiva Mantras are based upon two unique Names of Lord Shiva that are described in the Sri Shiva Ashtottara Shatanamavali / श्री शिव अष्टोत्तर शतनाम स्तोत्र or the 108 Names of Lord Shiva.
The first Mantra is based upon Name Number: 78: रुद्र / Rudra and the second Mantra has been derived from Name Number: 53 सदाशिव / Sadashiva.
There is no need to perform any specific religious ritual for chanting these Shiva Mantras and special rules regarding Direction, Sitting Mat and Counting Rosary are not applicable. The practitioner can chant these Mantras mentally or verbally.
Shiva Mantra to instantly remove Every Pain and Suffering:
1] This Shiva Mantra can be chanted as and when needed to remove grief, sadness, depression, tensions, problems, difficulties, and also dangers from enemies, natural calamities, and diseases.
