Truth of Mayan 21 December 2012 Doomsday Prophecy
The Mayan Prophecy that the world was going to end on 21st December 2012 is universally believed to be the biggest flop show of the century. Did the Mayan end time prophecy really fail? Or Is it yet to come? Or Was it improperly interpreted? The answer was already published on this site over 3 years before the much-awaited Doomsday of 21st December 2012.
Doomsday and by Doomsday, I mean the total extinguishment of the planet Earth will not take place in the near future or for that matter for at least the next 7,000 years. Much of my study was based on the prophecies of Nostradamus and the Hindu Cycles of time.
Nostradamus, as I interpreted one of his Quatrains, clearly stated that his prophecies covered a period of 7,000 years. So if Nostradamus foresaw the events of the next 7,000 years, how was the world going to end on 21st Dec 2012?
I had also given the indicators of Doomsday and its real meaning in the article on the Indian Prophecy of 2012. The world is in a continuous state of the dominance by one or the other of the three Gunas or One or the other of the three governing forces which control not only this world, but the entire Universe, the Satvik, Rajas and Tamas Gunas or Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva or the Creative, Protective and Destructive forces of the Cosmic Being. Every action and reaction taking place in the Universe, howsoever minute or insignificant is interplay of these three governing forces.
The period around 21st December 2012 has marked the change of equations and the balance has tilted 75% in favor of the Tamas Guna or the Destructive force. The age of the Kali Yuga has take firm grip over the world. We are at the present moment of time in the age of evil and the evil forces dominate everything , including the minds of humans.
Destruction, moral as well as material takes place at regular intervals in this age. Material Destruction will gain momentum through wars; including the much awaited Battle of Armageddon and through natural disasters like Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Volcanoes and Climate Change. These Destructive events are nothing but a series of Localized Doomsdays for the place and the people who unfortunately fall in their path.
However full Destruction, in one stroke, like the one everyone predicted on 21st December will never take place. Surely, the world will start becoming a more and more toxic, poisonous and dangerous place to live in, but it will never end in a single stroke. Remember Nostradamus said; only when humankind has suffered severely and been taught a lesson would it learn to live peacefully.
