Bhootnath Kartikeya Vashikaran Mantra
This is a Vashikaran Mantra, which is believed to invoke the Hindu deity Kartikeya to bring a person under control and management by putting a Vashikaran Spell upon that person. Kartikeya, also known as Murugan is the son of Shiv-Parvati and the younger brother of Ganesha. Shiva is also known as Bhootnath because after the birth of Kartikeya, Lord Shiva created the ghosts [ Bhoot Yoni ] to look after him.
After Kartikeya grew up the ghosts came to him and told him that they were tired of their existence as ghosts because people hated them and mocked them because of their strange appearance in the visible Bhoot Yoni. Taking pity upon them, Kartikeya made them invisible to the human eye and this is said to be reasons why ghosts are invisible.
There are some Vashikaran, Akarshan and Mohini Mantra experiments in practice, which invoke Kartikeya to enchant any being, one such experiment is described in this post. This Kartikeya Vashikaran Mantra Sadhana has to be commenced on the Midnight of the Shukla Paksha Magh Trayodashi Tithi, the thirteenth day of the Bright Fortnight of the Hindu month of Magh.
At Midnight, the practitioner has to bring home a small branch of the Peepal tree [the Sacred Fig tree]. Then he has to worship the Branch by offering Rice Grains and Urad to the Branch by putting them over the Branch.
After this, the practitioner has to chant the Kartikeya Vashikaran Mantra, shown in the image 108 times; the name of the desired person should be inserted in the Blank Space.
The worship and Vashikaran Mantra Chanting should continue everyday in the same manner as described above, the Vashikaran Mantra experiment has to be done for a total of 108 days, including the first day.
On the conclusion of the Vashikaran Mantra Prayog, the practitioner has to go back to the same Peepal tree and burry the Peepal tree Branch in front of the Peepal tree. This concludes the Vashikaran Prayog.

can i chant this mantra on any month or only magh month
