Six simple, yet effective Simple Rog Mukti Totke or remedies to be free from disease and illness are given below. These remedies are traditional Indian paranormal remedies and are similar to the ones given in the Lal Kitab. One or more of the Totke can be practices by followers of Indian and Lal Kitab Remedies. 1] Feed half the part of your lunch or dinner to a cow and a dog, in equal quantity.

4] If the male child in the family is sick and ailing, give the girl child of the family some Sheera to eat.
5] To remove sickness from the house, offer one and a quarter kilograms of Boondi Ladoos on a Sunday to your favored deity and then distribute it as Prasad to your family, friends or the general public.
6] While preparing Rotis in your kitchen, sprinkle a few drops of milk on the heated Tava used for preparing the Rotis, this is said to reduce the sickness in the house.
