Ganpati Mantra Before Important Work

The Mantra Sadhana given in this post is a specific Ganpati Mantra Prayog, which is performed before leaving the house for any kind of important work like job interview, health matters, business meetings or even a marriage proposal. This is a onetime Ganpati Sadhana, which has to be performed everytime one leaves the house for a specific important task.

In the morning, the practitioner should have a bath, wear clean clothes and then offer Dhoop/Deep and a Parsad of Dried Coconut Pieces and Jaggery to the Ganesh Murti or photograph, in his home.

After this, the practitioner has to offer 101 Durva[Cynodon dactylon] to the Ganesha. Every time he offers a  Durva, the practitioner has to chant the Ganesh Mantra given below. Thus, the Ganesh Mantra has to be chanted 101 times in all.

Mantra
Shri Gajanan Jai Gajanan ||
मंत्र
श्री गजानन जय गजानन ||

Then after completing the Mantra Chanting, the practitioner should pick up 4-5 of the Durvas, which have been offered to Ganesha and keep them with him in his pocket as a good luck charm. The Druva can later on be immersed in any water body.
