Healing Remedy with Mahamrityunjay Mantra
The death conquering Mahamrityunjay Mantra as explained repeatedly is considered to be one of the most powerful, effective, potent and sacred of the Hindu Healing Mantras. In this post, I have explained another effective remedy practiced using this Shiva Mantra to remove physical and physiological diseases, ailments and body conditions.
The remedy is thus – Upon getting up from bed in the morning, chant the Shiva Mantra - Om Shri Sadashivaya Namah [ॐ श्री सदाशिवाय नमः] 108 times, using any kind of counting Mala.
Then after the completion of the Mantra Chanting, have your bath and then without wiping your body with a towel, chant the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra one time and then rotate a Sour Lime over your body in a clockwise manner, like an Utara, once and then throw the Sour Line in the Southern Direction.
This is a onetime Sadhana, there no Puja- Vidhi, involved for the Mantra, and the remedy can be practiced on any day of the week. The Mahamrityunjay Mantra is given here in this – Post.

As this mantra will chant after getting up from bed.
Can it be chanted in unclean room. As you said it should be thrown in southern direction can this be done from the rooftop after getting bath at wash room in different floor as our flat is not south facing.
There should be no problem, you can throw the lime from the rooftop.
