I have already mentioned in the post that no rules apply, Mantra can be chanted as and when required.

ReplyDeleteI have -4.25 eyeshight number of far sight. I a trying to improve the eyeshight from 2013 by thought process, but I am unable to get stable eyesight, by thought process one second I see clearly but in next second when I blink eye, I see myself at same place.

Neel sir, I am facing a lot of issues with my eyes for past few months... doctors are unable to .find any defects in my eyes ..will this mantra help with double vision / light scattering?
