This is a most powerful Satvik Mantra Sadhana. This Mantra Sadhana is also known as the Sathakshara Gayatri Mantra or the 100 letter Gayatri Mantra. This Mantra Sadhana is practiced to ward off untimely death, life threatening dangers, enemy problems, sudden changes which are life threatening and the huge sorrows arising from Karma and past life sins.

This Mantra Sadhana involves the chanting of three great mantras as one. The first one is the Gayatri Mantra, the second one is from the Durga Suktam and the third one is the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra.

Everyone knows about the Gayatri and the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantras. The third mantra from the DurgaSuktam is not that common. The meaning of this mantra is one seeks protection of Agni [fire] to burn the obstacles of life; one seeks the aid of Agni to avert dangers throughout the entire life spam.

    Please sir tell that this mantra is chanting also along with other mantra dialy or not there is no side effect of this mantra at any circumstances and does chanter have to practice of mantra by expert

      Yes, you can chant this Mantra along with your daily Mantras.
      Gayatri Mantras are Satvik Mantras and there are no side effects.

    Hi Neel ,

    Can you please provide some more details on Shataakshari Gayatri Mantra . One of the astrologer has suggested me to recite it 1.25 lac times.

    Could got not get much details on this mantra though .

      It is better to chant the Mantra without thinking in too much details about it, either follow what your astrologer has told you or follow what is mentioned in the above article, both are straightforward methods.

    sir, plz guide us...there are several gayatri mantras for each gods & godesses and for planets. so do the gayatri mantra for these have more effect than their normal mantra or we can say beej mantas? or is it more powerful and quick to take effect and show benefits..
