Mantra before passing stools

Human feces discharge the waste matter present from the body. Retention of harmful substances and bacteria can be bad for general health physical as well as mental. It is best to avoid a contaminated digestive system; hence the passing of stools is more important than you think.

The chanting of a Shabar mantra is prescribed by certain practitioners of Shabar Vidya in India to rid oneself of the contaminated substances from the digestive system and have clear and trouble free stools.

I have given this mantra which is to be chanted just before entering the toilet to pass stools.
