The marriage aspirant should get up early in the morning, have a bath, wear fresh and clean clothes and then chant this mantra for about one hour. While chanting the mantra the marriage aspirant should keep a photo of Shiva-Parvati before him or her.
The mantra is said to give results when the marriage aspirant completes 100,000 chants of this mantra. If a girl is practicing the mantra, she should take a break during the Monthly periods.
The mantra is a variation of the great death conquering Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra. The marriage aspirant should dedicate the mantra towards Shiva-Parvati.
