The Kuber Vashikaran Mantra is probably the most powerful and effective of the Kuber Mantras which are chanted for getting money and all kinds of wealth. This Prayoga is an experiment for attracting the custodian of wealth Kubera in to your life. Today I will explain how to perform this Sadhana in detail.
The Sadhana - Choose a auspicious occasion like a festival like Diwali, Navratri, Holi, Dussehra or any date you consider as auspicious and lucky for you. The Sadhana has to be done continuously for a total of 21 days without a break, if you discontinue for even 1 day, you have to start the Sadhana all over again from the start. Ladies wishing to do this Kubera Akarashan Prayoga should take care that their monthly periods do not interrupt the Sadhana.
The Sadhana is not difficult for 21 days the Mantra has to be chanted 108 times daily in the morning or at dusk time. After the completion of the Sadhana on the coming Saptami [the 7th Lunar date of the fortnight] a Havan has to be performed in your home. Pure Ghee, Cow Milk and Durva [Bermuda Grass] have to be offered to the Havan. Thus the Sadhana is concluded.
Then every day after a bath the Kubera Mantra has to be chanted 27 times.

My home town is Varanasi & my family lives in my own house in Varanasi. I work in Delhi & live in a rented house. So, can I perform this sadhana in Delhi? If yes, what about the Havan? Is it to be done on the same place,i.e. Delhi or it is to be done at my own home in varaanasi.? Kindly guide me with your priceless guidance. I'll be very grateful.
Havan should be big or small?
U mean there should be 108 times offering of Ghee Milk and Durva to the havan chanting 108 times mantra?
Do we have to dry the durva after plucking it ?
Also in a similar article i read that white durvas should be used , can you tell what are white durvas
