Do I need to recite the word "Mantra" as well? For example should I recite the following as it is "Mantra Om Namo Dhanaayai Swaha". Or should I omit the word "Mantra"?

Any remedy pl for
My son studied and then was working abroad.The owner of the company moment he got a huge contract through my wards effort,he did not help extending his visa.All of a sudden,son is so upset that he got rid off all his belongings etc and turned into a kattar sikh.He has so much negativity against me that he makes me respinsible for all his mishappenings.As a mother,what i can do for his protection,normalicy back to his original state and help him apply again for abroad engg job oppurtunities.pl help as this situation has made my health poor.kiran
