Hanuman Mantra for Helpless People

This is the Hanuman Mantra for helpless people. Hanuman is also known as Ram Doot or Ram Dutam; the messenger of Shri Ram as he was the one who was entrusted by Shri Ram to find Sita and deliver the message that Shri Ram was on his way to free her from the clutches of Ravana. To convince Sita that he was truly the messenger of Shri Ram, he tore open his chest to show her the divine sight of Ram and Sita, enclosed within his chest and under his protection; he was after all the Rudra Avatar of none other than Shiva himself.

Now back to this mantra, it is for the truly helpless and desperate people of this world. The meaning is – I surrender to Hanuman and take refuge in him; HE will protect me.

The truly helpless person who sees no light at the end of the dark tunnel can mediate upon this mantra whenever he finds himself depressed and helpless about his situation. Help will surely be on the way; in some form or the other. This is a meditation mantra and you can chant it in the mind as much as you wish.
