In this post, I have written about a very simple but most effective technique for manifesting your wishes and desires and getting what you want. This technique uses the inherent power of the सोऽहम् - Soham" mantra to connect the subconscious mind with the Universal Mind and get whatever you desire.
Information About Soham Mantra. I have written about this mantra that has been described as a “Vedic Mahavakya” or a great expression, in many earlier posts over the past many years. The literal meaning of Soham is "I am that Supreme Being," which expresses the “Non-Dual” state of existence or Advaita in one word.
Linked to Natural Breathing Process: Soham is linked to the sound generated by the continuous movement of breath in the body. "So" is the natural sound or vibration that happens on inhalation, and "Ham" upon exhalation. It is the “Ajapa-Jap” or natural and spontaneous form of chanting that does not need any worship, prayer beads, or specific religious rituals or beliefs to practice.
Why Recite Soham Before Sleeping: Mentally connecting and synchronizing the Soham Mantra with the breath allows the brain to shift into the Alpha State. This makes it calm and fresh and eliminates fear, tension, stress, and anxiety from the mind. It balances the chakras, or energy centers in the body, and allows the mantra's energy to be absorbed directly into the subconscious mind.
Hence, throughout the night, the mind remains under the influence of positive thoughts and energy. This energy connects the mind with the over-mind and turns dreams into reality.

The Technique of Using the Power of Soham to Make Wishes Come True: This method is really simple, and all that it needs is a positive mindset and self-belief. The wish-manifesting technique will not work if the mind is doubtful and unstable.
The practitioner should practice this technique before sleeping at night. He should lie down comfortably on his back without straining himself, relax his body, and close his eyes. He should think about his wish or desire and think that it is being fulfilled by the Universe. He should then express this gratitude by thanking the Universe.
Soham Chanting Technique: While inhaling, mentally say “So” and while exhaling mentally say “Ham”. After some time, the mind will keep chanting the mantra on its own. The practitioner can go to sleep while chanting the mantra.
Soham Meditation to Advance Spiritually: Apart from using this secret meditation technique for making your dreams come true or getting what you want, it can be practiced for general well-being and advancing spiritually. The same procedure should be followed, except for thinking about the wish. Instead, the practitioner should thank the Universe for giving him peace and happiness.
Meditating for peace will relieve the mind of all accumulated fear, tension, and phobias, and bring peace into his mind. The meditation will eliminate negative thoughts and insomnia, and the practitioner will experience sound, undisturbed sleep.
What Not to Do: For both wish fulfilment and spiritual advancement, the practitioner should refrain from over-expectation, overthinking, and wanting too many things at the same time. Begging, requesting, and continuously asking the Universe for something or the other is counterproductive. Most people do not understand that the Universe knows what you want and what your innermost desires are.
How Many Days to Master the Soham Night Meditation: This practice will take 21 to 30 days to master and make it a part of your daily night meditation. The exact number of days cannot be ascertained because it all depends upon the manner in which the practitioner practices it.
Some people may make a connection with the subconscious mind on the first day itself. Others might take a few days to make it a part of their lives; hence, I have avoided giving a time period. The key is practicing the Soham Meditation for 3-5 minutes without fail every night, without expectations.
