Ganesh Mantra to Quickly Revitalize Physical, Mental and Auric Bodies

The specialty of Shabar Mantras is their simple and easy-to-follow language, which helps most practitioners to understand what they are chanting. Instead of relying on Sanskrit, like Vedic Mantras, Shabar Mantras work by directly soothing physical and mental tensions through sound waves that are triggered by chanting them.

This is the reason why I am trying to discover such simple but potent mantras that work like powerful affirmations by directly tapping into the divine energies circulating in the atmosphere. Another reason is that these mantras bypass the need to perform lengthy rituals and follow difficult rules, like Vedic and Puranic Mantras. These mantras are Universal and, in most cases, do not need initiation by a Guru.

In this post, I have written about yet another mind and body healing mantra dedicated to Bhagwan Ganapati. This mantra directs positive energy into the mental, physical, and auric bodies of the chanter, giving him fast relief from whatever problem, obstacle, or tension which he is facing. The mantra even fulfills the wants of the devotee, even without asking.

How the Ganesh Mantra can Help the Practitioner:
The divine healing vibration generated by reciting this mantra 21 or 108 times will heal the mind and body of the devotee. It will bring positive energy into the brain and remove tension and negative thinking.

The mantra will get rid of the accumulated physical and mental fatigue, lethargy, and internal unrest quickly and revitalize the chanter. It will strengthen the aura of the practitioner, which will help him overcome all obstacles and problems that crop up during the course of the day.

Ganapati Mantra for Mental Peace

The Procedure of Reciting the Shabar Ganapati Mantra for Getting Rid of All Problems:

Time and Number of Chants:
The Mantra can be recited 21 times by sitting silently in the morning or before sleeping at night. The chanting should be done in a clear, confident tone with the correct pronunciation. Hence, I would encourage people who want to chant the Ganapati Mantra to view the video of the mantra.

Dhyan Bindu or Mental Focus: While chanting the Ganesh Mantra, the practitioner should focus his mind on either the Anahata or Heart Chakra, located in the middle of the chest next to the heart. Or, he can mentally focus on his breathing.

Dhwani Kampan or Sound Vibration:
While chanting the mantra “गं-Gam " which is the Beej Mantra of Ganesha, it should be chanted in a deep, slightly nasal tone. This vibration will be helpful in calming the nervous system and removing energy blockages.

ॐ गं गणपतये सर्व बाधा नाशय नाशय, मन-तन पीड़ा हर हर स्वाहा॥
Transliteration of the Shabar Ganesha Mantra in English:
Om Gam Ganapataye Sarva Badha Nashaya Nashaya, Man-Tan Peeda Hara Hara Swaha.

Meaning of the Mind and Body Problems Eliminating Ganesha Mantra: After the initial salutations to Shri Ganesha, the 2 terms below invoke Ganesha for relief. The mantra combines the energy of Om and Gam to quickly balance the chanter's mental, physical, and auric bodies.

Sarva Badha Nashaya Nashaya:
This means destroy and eliminate all obstacles, difficulties, and negative energies.

Man-Tan Peeda Hara Hara:
Relieve and remove all mental and physical pain, suffering, or distress.
