The procedure of chanting the Shabar Shri Krishna Mantra to Attract One and all:
1] Day: Starting the Mantra Sadhana on Friday, full moon, or Ekadashi, which is the eleventh day of the bright and dark fortnight of the Hindu Lunar Month, is considered auspicious. Otherwise, the Shabar Vashikaran Mantra Sadhana can be started on any day if it is not possible to do so on these dates.
2] Place and Offerings: The place should be clean, and the practitioner should light a lamp of scented oil and keep a few rose flowers in front of the photo or idol of Bhagwan Shri Krishna. He should make an offering of Tulsi leaves and Mishri or sugar candy to Shri Krishna.
3] He should chant the Shri Krishna Vashikaran Mantra 108 times every day for 7 days using a Rudraksha or crystal beads counting rosary.

4] Sankalp: Before starting the Mantra Sadhana, the practitioner should take a pledge that he will be chanting the mantra for Satvik and noble purposes and not to misuse its powers for wrong motives.

Also scented oil , can I add some pure jasmine oil to some coconut oil to make it scented ?
You can apply a little bit of rose scent on the idol or photo, if the jasmine-coconut oil combination smells good, then you can use it.
